The entertainment unit includes a 42-inch television, DVD player and CD player. The veranda with its beautiful views is perfect for dining or just for relaxing. The dining room offers seating for eight persons and is only one of the many dining options at Beachnut. There is a lovely new pool completed in Dec 2018.

Beachnut offers picturesque views of the glittering Caribbean Sea and the hills of Rio Bueno.
While conveniently close to several attractions, Beachnut is away from the tourist areas and is located between two other private homes, so there are no crowds. Sea kayaks are available to thoroughly enjoy the bay and explore the nearby river.
Beachnut may also be rented in conjunction with Villa Fantasy to provide 6-11 bedrooms for larger groups.
Luxury Jamaican Beach House
Beachnut Villa is a five-bedroom, five-and-a-half-bathroom luxurious villa on Bengal Beach. It features a large verandah on the seaside with a private pool and wonderful views of the Caribbean Sea. Beachnut Villa is situated in Rio Bueno, St. Ann, a short way off the North Coast Highway, exiting beside the Coconut Lagoon Rest Stop.
Large families or groups of friends traveling together that prefer a six to eleven bedrooms option, can rent Fantasy Villa (6 bedrooms) and Beachnut Villa (5 bedrooms), making a total of eleven spacious bedrooms. Both villas have their own private swimming pools. Sea kayaks are available for exploring the exciting Caribbean Sea.

The cost covers a dedicated team including a skilled Cook, an attentive Housekeeper, and a diligent House Lady/Man. Additionally, we have a Caretaker who resides in a cozy hut nestled at the edge of our property. This Caretaker plays a crucial role in ensuring both the safety of our guests and the security of our premises.
Note: As a customary practice, a gratuity of 10% based on rental expenses is suggested. Our team is committed to providing exceptional service to enhance your stay, and we kindly ask that you reciprocate this care by considering a thoughtful gratuity.
Airport transfers are not complimentary however, we offer the convenience of transportation services at an additional charge.
Please note that the rental cost solely covers villa accommodation and excludes meals and beverages. If you opt for a pre-stocked grocery arrangement, we will provide you with a Grocery List Form to complete, which will be forwarded to a local supermarket. They will deliver the groceries on your check-in day and arrange for payment, either in cash or via credit card, the day before your check-out. Typically, guests pre-order groceries for the initial 4 days, planning meals accordingly. Upon arrival, you can discuss future meal plans with the Cook, who will then manage additional grocery orders to meet your preferences and needs, ensuring a convenient and delightful stay.
